Fruits or Veggies with a high water content
Potatoes you can under cook them a little to help them not
be so mushy. Mashed potatoes and twice baked potatoes freeze well.
Pasta also should be undercooked a little to prevent them
getting mushy
Rice does not freeze well instead provide rice on the side
that we can cook the day we eat your meal
Mayo does not freeze well instead use salad dressing
Yogurt or Sour Cream will break down and separate
Natural cheese will freeze with good results but may become
crumbly
