Tortillas

I've heard differing comments about the tortillas that are in the enchiladas. I heard from someone that they were soggy after cooking. I've also heard people say they tasted just fine. I was just wondering what experience you've had defrosting them since I was nervous to do enchiladas because of them. I just want to know for the future if they work or not.
